This means effectively:
- That our webshop has been tested and complies with the latest European legislation.
- That you have 14 days to register the return.
- That you then have 14 days to return the product to us.
- That within 14 days after reporting the return (provided, of course, that you can prove that the product was shipped) the money will be credited.
