Returns, exchanges & warranty

Not happy with your product after all? Or is it defective? That is very unfortunate and of course we will work with you to solve it!

Warranty
Laced-Up guarantees all products in its assortment for a period of 1 year. Does the product break down after 12 months or more? Then you have the responsibility to prove that it is not your fault. If an item you ordered is defective, please notify us by e-mail. We will tell you how to return the defective item to us. We will then either repair or send you a new item or refund your purchase price.
 
Exchanges or returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase or prefer not to have the product after all? No problem. At Laced-up Boutique  you can exchange or return an item within 30 days. 
Intimate products, such as sex toys and underwear, where the packaging has been opened and/or the seal is broken, cannot be exchanged for understandable hygienic reasons. And please note, return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless it is determined that we have delivered you a defective item, in which case the costs will be borne by Epicurius. 
Broken or incomplete delivery

Does your product not function as it should upon delivery?
If so, we suggest you take a closer look at the manual first. Maybe you can solve the problem yourself so you can use your product right away and do not have to return it. We find that especially the correct use of the charging cord can often solve a possible problem. 

Does your product still not work after this?
Of course we really regret that. We will try to solve it together with you. Please send us an e-mail describing the problem and we will help you find the best solution. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Epicurius, Korenmolen 106, 3481AX Harmelen, telephone +31(0)850041427 of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by mail or e-mail info@epicurius.nl). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
